Welcome to Dundee Student Homes
Dundee Student Homes has been set up to help you find good quality accommodation inspected and accredited by Dundee City Council. Our service is free to all university students living in Dundee, whether you’re at Abertay University or the University of Dundee.
It is aimed at students who are considering renting accommodation in the private sector, where the accommodation is rented directly from the owner or their agent and neither University has any direct control over the agreement.
Dundee Student Homes is a central place where private sector accommodation is advertised for rent to students attending the University of Dundee or Abertay University.
In the interest of student safety, accommodation is not registered with Dundee Student Homes unless the landlord or their agent has confirmed that it conforms to the standards required to meet the Dundee Student Homes Standard.
The accommodation is not inspected by Dundee Student Homes, and your University accepts no responsibility if the accommodation advertised is found to be deficient in any respect.
